The last version posted on source-forge ( under GNU ) was 2.29.

NOTE: If you are a ccTLD manager and are using the SF version - 2.2.9 ( or a derivative ) please contact us urgently for access to the latest code ( free ! ). Version 2.2.9 is several years old, numerous performance and security issues with 2.2.9 have since be addressed - the system has been largely re-written.

Prerequisites:

* RESIN Application Server ( http://http://www.caucho.com/ )

* The postgres database ( http://www.postgresql.org/ )

CoCCA Tools is provided as a single JAVA WAR package with integrated EPP & WHOIS servers and UI ( user interface), it can be installed and configured in less than an hour.
